Introduction of group activities

Tottori University of Environmental Studies Student EMS Committee

Students take the lead in operating the university's Environmental Management System (EMS). Based on ISO 14001, they focus on energy conservation, resource recycling, and environmental awareness activities within the university. Furthermore, through planning and managing projects in collaboration with local communities, businesses, and government agencies, they aim to create a sustainable campus and contribute to the local community from a unique student perspective.

21st Grant Project

TUES! Student-led Project to Create a Future Water Environment

Activity Period: April 2026 - March 2027
Activity Area: Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture
Activity Details: Involving students, faculty, and local residents, the project conducts beach cleanups at the Tottori Sand Dunes and aims to foster environmental awareness through lectures on marine debris. Additionally, the group plans panel displays on environmental issues at on-campus events to improve environmental literacy.
