We work to protect the water environment of rural areas, including terraced rice paddies and rivers, and to pass on rich biodiversity to future generations. To curb environmental degradation caused by a lack of successors and an increase in abandoned farmland, we promote the restoration of terraced rice paddies and environmental education in cooperation with local communities. Over 19 years, we have received participation from more than 12,950 people and have restored more than 23 terraced rice paddies, contributing to sustainable community development.
