TOTO CONNECT PUBLIC (hereafter, "the Service") is provided by the building owner or person/organization to whom building management has been contracted (hereafter, "the Building Operator") for a building or facility where the Service is installed (hereafter, "the Host Building"), and by TOTO LTD. and its group companies (hereafter, "Company"), to users of the Host Building (hereafter, "the User") for purposes of conveying information on restroom occupancy conditions within the Host Building.
The User can access the Service free of charge; however, any mobile data or related charges incurred on their device during usage are the User's responsibility.

1. The Service provides information only on restroom facilities within the Host Building.

2. Occupancy information for wheelchair-accessible restrooms is not provided, regardless of their availability in the Host Building.

3. The User should contact the Host Building's customer service in the following situations:

1. Equipment or restroom facilities in the Host Building are malfunctioning or broken
2. Information on restroom facility types, number of toilets, photos, or maps, mdiffer from the actual facilities or conditions.

4. The Building Operator does not guarantee a response within a specific timeframe or deadline for inquiries submitted through the Service's request feature.

5. Information displayed via this Service's restroom occupancy information feature may occasionally be inaccurate due to factors such as equipment usage and environmental conditions.

Neither the Building Operator nor Company make any express or implied guarantees regarding the Service’s suitability for the User’s purposes, its completeness, accuracy, or reliability, its continuous and uninterrupted availability, its malfunction-free operation, or any other related expectations.

6. The Building Operator and Company are not responsible for any disadvantages or inconveniences the User may experience due to the use of the Service, malfunctions, errors, or service unavailability, except in cases where the situation was intentionally caused or resulted from gross negligence by either party.

7. Company reserves the right to make changes and additions to the Service, temporarily suspend the Service at any time without prior notice to the User, even while the Service is active.

Furthermore, if any changes, additions, or stoppages occur, Company does not guarantee the preservation or continued functionality of any features, functions, or performance levels that existed beforehand.

8. Rights to the Service and all names, trademarks, logos, marks and other content therein (hereafter, "trademarked service content") belong to Company.

Copyrights for all facility photos and map images used by the Service belong to the Building Operator with whom Company has concluded a service contract.

9. For links to the Service on third-party websites or web pages not owned or created by Company (hereafter referred to as "Service Links"), the third-party owners are fully responsible for managing those sites. Company does not oversee or manage Service Links.

Users should review and adhere to the terms of use displayed on sites hosting Service Links while using them.
Company does not guarantee the content or accuracy of sites hosting Service Links and assumes no responsibility for any damages the User may incur from using them.
