Where can I use the app?
This app can only be used with washlet in Japan that support smartphone operations. It can be used with toilets that feature the labels below.
What devices are supported?
This app supports iOS version 16.0 or later and Android version 12.0 or later. (as of August 2024)
*Operation is not guaranteed with all models.
Can I use the app with a device other than a smartphone?
Some tablet devices are supported. However, the app will not be displayed in full screen.
The app does not support smart watches or feature phones.
Does it cost anything to use the app?
The app is free-of-charge (and free to download), but the user is responsible for any communication fees that may be incurred while using the app.
Are user registration and login required?
User registration and login are not required.
I cannot download the app. What is the problem?
Possible causes are as follows.
・ The connection is poor
・ The mobile carrier has limited the connection speed
・ An old version of the operating system is being used
・ An unsupported operating system is used
・ Communication is disabled
・ The smartphone has insufficient storage space
・ The label is damaged
・ The account country is not supported by the app
An error occurs when I scan the label.
The account is set to a country other than Japan, the United States, South Korea, or China. (Check the country of the account you are using.)

Even if the account country is set to China, an error may occur if the language is set to something other than Simplified Chinese on an Android device.
I cannot connect with my smartphone.
First check "How to use the app."
If you cannot scan the label or find the label, the label may be dirty, damaged, or missing.
In this case, please use the remote control of washlet.
Why do I need to allow position information? (Android users only)
With Android version 11 and earlier, position information is required for Bluetooth® access.
Why do I need to allow motion?
This is required for automatically disconnecting the app when you leave the toilet.
The [FLUSH] button does not respond.
The device you are using may not support the flush function.
The sound is low or cannot be heard even when the app is set to maximum volume.
Raise the volume of the smartphone.*The volume will not return to its original setting automatically.
If earphones are connected, the sound will be emitted from the earphones.
The sound stops playing while I am using the toilet.
The sound normally stops playing after two minutes have elapsed. To play the sound for longer, press the repeat mark on the bottom left of the [PRIVACY] button.
Can I make the displayed text larger?
The app does not provide a method for changing the text size.
However, the standard smartphone functions for zooming or enlarging can be used.
