DEXTE-K is an organization that values communication and aims to create better, richer living spaces by proposing comfortable environments and lifestyles.
Operating on a pro bono basis, the group leverages its architectural expertise and design skills to conduct a variety of activities, including environmental conservation, policy advocacy, disaster mitigation, and human resource development. "Tokyo “Sato-Umi” Aid in Nishinagisa" is one of its environmental conservation initiatives.

Activity Period: April 2025 - March 2026
Activity Area: Edogawa Ward, Tokyo
Activity Details: The project's activity area, "Nishinagisa," is a rare and precious habitat for wildlife that was registered as a Ramsar Convention Wetland in 2018. However, it constantly faces an influx of washed-up trash from rivers. Therefore, we are continuously conducting beach cleanup activities with local residents, making it easy for anyone to volunteer.

Activity Period: April 2017 - March 2019
Activity Area: Edogawa Ward, Tokyo
Activity Details: We will conduct cleanup activities to remove the large amount of trash that washes ashore at Nishinagisa within Kasai Rinkai Park from spring to autumn. Our goals are to create a more pleasant environment for park visitors and to minimize the harm caused by marine debris to the diverse sea life and birds that inhabit Nishinagisa. The continued nesting and fledging of little terns will serve as a barometer for the success of our environmental conservation efforts.
