TOTO believes that customer satisfaction is the starting point for business management.
Relevant departments at TOTO review the information gathered from survey post cards in show rooms, product user surveys, and comments and opinions made to customer support centers to obtain customer feedback and improve products and services.
As for overseas, we set up call centers in the US, China, and Taiwan which are our major locations. We would like to enhance support systems that include customer inquiry responses and maintenance service handling and provide better services so that customers can use our products more comfortably.
